Role Overview
This excellent opportunity is for a skilled professional to join our established team as a fulltime Senior Administrator specifically dedicated to one of our trading companies. The role sits within the Support Services Team, reporting to the Support Services Manager, working across multiple workstreams.
You will play a key role in the team, collaborating with both colleagues and clients to ensure successful outcomes. The position is based in our offices near Gloucester with some travel required to attend meetings and to support business events across the country.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Administrative Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior administration, office management, or business support role.
- Experience coordinating executive diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and office operations.
- Strong document management, record keeping, and administrative coordination skills.
- Experience supporting multiple workstreams while managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience within professional services, consultancy, or security-related environments is advantageous.
- Eligibility to obtain BPSS and BS:7858 security screening.
Business Support & Office Operations
- Support GSOC administration, including rosters, schedules, and documentation.
- Manage office enquiries, inboxes, calls, visitors, and daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, minutes, action logs, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records, document control, trackers, and employee onboarding.
- Support HSE activities and improve administrative processes.
Professional Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and administrative efficiencies, including AI-assisted solutions.
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
